Hi Everyone!
Happy Wednesday! In the last update, we mentioned that Y/Gd Resin dice replacements would be included with the Ce Resin shipments but we are finding out that is not taking place. So sorry for the miscommunication! We will keep working on getting those resin replacements shipped out separately and thank you all for your understanding :) Another item to note, we are out of stock on the Samarium Resin replacements, of which the factory is working on the next batch. These will hopefully be ready in the next few week, barring any supply chain or sourcing and issues.

Hi Everyone!
Cerium Replacements - After a long and arduous journey, fraught with delay after delay after hiccup after delay, we are happy to announce the last of your replacement Cerium dice have been shipped! FINALLY! We actually combined this with the other elements that showed signs of oxidation that we already had to make into resin versions (Yttrium, Gadolinium, Samarium) and instructed our warehouse to ship everyone a resin replacement of these if they had ordered them - even if they hadn't reported any oxidation issues with their Y, Gd and S). Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery, and if you do not receive your replacement(s) by the end of this time frame (around June 15), please let us know via [email protected].
Clear Periodic Display and ED5 - For any of you who are still awaiting your Clear Periodic Display, you will have them soon. There should only be a few still waiting. The warehouse has shipped the last batch to our office and we expect them by the end of the month.
The factory is making the next batch of ED5 as we speak. As far as we have heard via customer service, we do have a few backers waiting for their ED5 award, so we are happy to inform those will be back in stock within the next few weeks as well. If there is anyone who is still waiting for their ED5 reward, and only if they haven't already reached out to our email, please go ahead and reach out to let us know. We want to make sure to ship yours first before shipping the inventory to our office. But please try not to spam the inbox with emails, if you already emailed us please rest assured we are aware and working as fast as we can. With only one customer service rep, we sure do appreciate everyone's patience and kindness.
With that, thank you to each and every one of you for sticking it out with us. It's been a hectic journey (and we've still got a few loose ends), but we are so glad to be close to finally wrapping up our Element Dice 5 Campaign! Have a great weekend!
