Just a few overdue updates!

Hey Everyone!
Great news! Cerium has been encased in resin and is in the process of being packaged now. You won't have to do anything! We will ship your Cerium replacement automatically. Please still keep in mind that these things take time, and we're moving as fast as we can so thank you for being so patient and understanding. While this can be amazing news this week, we never know when something menial like packing foam will be causing delays next week. So hang in there, we can't thank you enough for learning and growing with us!
Those of you waiting on Samarium, Yttrium, and Gadolinium : these are also being packaged and shipped out just as fast as our warehouse can handle. Unfortunately a lot of backers who were waiting for their replacement Yttrium and Gadolinium to come with their ED5 rewards didn't receive it when ED5 shipped out as planned, so we're moving through our list as fast as possible. It's been a busy few months, we are so grateful for all your continued patience as we continue to catch up on comments and emails while our warehouse continues your shipments. As a refresher, shipping can take anywhere from a few days up to 3-4 weeks. We know how frustrating it can be to hurry up and wait, and we are right there with you when it comes to all of it.
Lastly, there are a few missing dice from some of you who ordered the Titanium Polyhedral set, as well as some misprints of the numbering. We are getting the numbering corrected, and the missing dice will be shipped out as soon as possible. Ironically, Samarium is no longer experiencing supply chain delays, but now a few of the Titanium Polyhedral dice are :(
As always, thank you for being an integral part of our campaign as we continue to learn, grow, make mistakes, and fix them. Its a lot of ups and downs, but it is you who keep us going. You are the best.

Update on Cerium, Shipping, and the Elusive Missing Samarium!

Hey Everyone!
So much going on, we know! First, a thank you to each and every one of you for all for your patience and communication. We would be nowhere without our awesome backers.
UPDATE ON CERIUM
As many of you know, the first few waves of the Cerium die were reported to be oxidizing at an incredible rate. We have since pulled those from the next waves of shipments and are working hard to move the design to a resin version. As of the last update, we asked any backers to email us if their Cerium die was showing sign of oxidation. Since we have received so many reports of this, we decided we are just going to send everyone who pledged for Cerium a replacement resin version just as soon as they are ready. I'm sure you can all imagine there have been a lot of emails regarding the Cerium, we're working hard to get every email, message, and comment responded to. If you already emailed and haven't received a response, we thank you for your patience. We'll get back to you as quickly as possible :)
UPDATE ON SHIPPING/TRACKING
Shipping is still continuing in waves. We discovered that most of our tracking numbers were not emailed automatically as we thought, so many of you are missing a tracking number. If you haven't received your tracking number in an email from Backerkit, please email customer care at [email protected] and we'll get it to you as quickly as possible. Keep in mind, we are catching up emails as fast as we can, so thanks in advance for your patience. We will continue to respond as quickly as we can.
And finally, the elusive missing Samarium!
We've received quite a few emails and messages from backers that are missing their Samarium die. If you received your pledge rewards and are missing your Samarium, take a look at your packaging real quick for us. You should have a note or sticker explaining that your Samarium had a few delays but will be shipped as soon as possible. If you did not receive a note or sticker with this explanation, please let us know at [email protected]. But if you did receive a note, never fear! Your missing die will be shipped automatically, you don't have to do anything at all - no email required.
